A program designed to integrate all functions and departments of a hospital is now available for free! It is also applicable to other health care clinics, institutions, and similar organizations. Starting from the year 1992 up to 1994, thirty six students have benefitted from the scholarship programs of the LEDF. The students come from three different high schools in the municipality of Maitum. The picture shows four of them standing behind their school head teacher.

It is official, starting in the early 2003 the LEDF program will be reactivated by its mother organization LDC, Inc. and resume work on the projects it has started eight years ago.
In 1995, after 3 years of actively supporting young high school students in the Municipality of Maitum, the LEDF program was freezed temporarily due to technical reasons.
